The Greene King Chef Academy provides a hands-on learning experience for our new and experienced chefs to hone their skills in a supportive and encouraging environment surrounded by talented chefs and tutors with years of hospitality experience. There are two levels, Level 2 provides a hands-on learning experience for Team Members to hone their kitchen skills. Level 3 supports experienced kitchen team members to manage teams, run day-to-day kitchen operations, and deliver consistent quality and efficiency.
